MEDIA ADVISORY: Manenggon Memorial Foundation
Hagåtña, Guam – Acting Governor Joshua Tenorio will be signing design plans for new
monuments to be constructed in Barrigada, Agat, and Inarajan ahead of this year’s Liberation
Day festivities. This year marks a milestone 75th anniversary of Guam’s Liberation from
Japanese forces.
A press conference with the Manenggon Memorial Foundation will be held at 2:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 19, 2019, in the Cabinet (large) Conference Room at the Ricardo J. Bordallo
Governor’s Complex, Adelup. Media are invited to attend.
