Hagåtña — Tomorrow, the Department of Administration will mail out $13 million in tax refunds to 3,579 families. The Department of Revenue and Taxation and Department of Administration processed the checks on Friday.
This batch of tax refunds are for status A returns filed up to Feb. 4.
