Governor Calvo fully supports Sen. Brant McCreadie’s effort for the Legislature to fund prior years’ overtime due to Guam Police officers for Fiscal Year 2013. The administration is prepared with cash flow to pay the overtime. We simply need the authorization from the Legislature to make the payments. We ask senators to keep this simple: appropriate revenues from the identified funding source, and use it on overtime for GPD officers.
