The Calvo Tenorio Administration continues to promote safety by encouraging Guamanians to buckle their seatbelts when driving on Guam’s streets. Acting Governor Ray Tenorio proclaimed on Friday that Guam is joining the nation in its “Click It or Ticket” campaign. The campaign has helped our island maintain a high usage rate of 90.6%.
He was joined by Guam Police Department Chief Joseph I. Cruz, Guam Fire Department Assistant Fire Chief Darren Burrier, Port Authority of Guam General Manager Joanne Brown, officers of the Airport Police, Japan Consulate General Shinji Urabayashi, Palauan Consulate General Vic April, and Department of Public Works Director Glenn Leon Guerrero.
The Calvo Tenorio administration thanks the Department of Public Works Office of Highway Safety’s Click It or Ticket Mobilization Campaign for their work to make the island safer.
