(Hagåtña) – Where is Senator Joe San Agustin? During session the past two days, Senator Joe San Agustin, a former Guam Revenue and Taxation Supervisor and Department of Education Board member, has remained silent on his position to raise revenue.
San Agustin understands the dire impact of federal tax cuts and the implications it has on government employees, schools, and government services.
