In preparation for the State of the Island Address, Department of Public Works and the Guam Police Department will be shutting down a section of Chalan Santo Papa Dos from the intersection with Aspinall Avenue to Archbishop Flores Street from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow, (Thursday March 31).
Also, traffic flow around Skinner Plaza will be restricted, and only authorized vehicles and local traffic will be allowed. These streets include Murray Boulevard, West Soledad Avenue, and Seaton Boulevard.
