Ongoing software upgrades have temporarily disabled the phone system at the Guam Housing Urban and Renewal Authority. This includes phone lines at the main office, the five satellite offices, as well as the call line. Software upgrades are being made to the server-based phone systems.

The phone service is expected to be restored this afternoon.

“We apologize to our clients for the inconvenience but this upgrade to our communications system is necessary,” Director Michael Duenas stated.
