Tropical Storm Maria Update: GPD directs traffic at major intersections
The Guam Police Department (GPD) is directing traffic at some of the island’s major intersections as Guam recovers from the passage of Tropical Storm Maria.
The intersections include:
Route 1 & 16
Route 1 & Ilipug
Route 1 & Ypao Road
Route 8 & Cars Plus
Route 4 & O’Brien Drive
Route 16 & Harmon Loop Road
GPD reminds the public to drive cautiously and be mindful of police officers directing traffic at these intersections.

GWA hasn’t received reports of outages. If you are experiencing low to no water pressure, please call their hotline at 646-4211.
All locations are open: Fadian Building in Mangilao, Upper Tumon, Julale Shopping Center
The Guam Power Authority
Crews continue to restore power though there are isolated areas that other crews are working on as well. The following villages have had power services restored:
Dededo, Harmon, most of Tumon and Tamuning, Barrigada, Macheche, Pagat, Hagåtña, Anigua, Piti, and Asan.
