Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)

Financial assistance to low income Guamanians to help manage their residential water utility costs.

Up to $675 per child per month to pay for childcare costs.

SNAP

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of needy families so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.

Medicaid/MIP

Medicaid and MIP provide health coverage to eligible low-income adults, children, pregnant women, elderly adults and people with disabilities.

Emergency Rental Assistance

Combined assistance of rent, rent arrears, utility, and utility arrears is available for a maximum of 18 months incurred from March 2020.

Homeowner Assistance Program

Assistance for eligible homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic with their mortgage, utilities and property tax payments.

COVID-19 Bereavement Assistance Fund

Provides financial assistance to medical and health providers and families of Covid-19 related fatalities.
