RFI No. 2020-02: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COVID-19 VACCINATION DIGITAL SOFTWARE
OR SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE

The Office of the Governor of Guam (Governor’s Office) is soliciting information from interested vendors for the acquisition of a digital technology or software as a service solution for the planning, delivery, and management of COVID-19 vaccinations under the current public health emergency.

RFI No. 2020-01: NON-CONGREGATE SHELTER FOR HOMELESSNESS 

The Office of the Governor of Guam (Governor’s Office) is soliciting information from interested vendors or parties to obtain a non-congregate shelter to provide temporary housing to persons experiencing homelessness as a result of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases outbreaks. The Governor’s Office has established a committee that will draft specifications that will form the basis for an Information for Bid (IFB) for the shelter. The committee will use the information received as a result of this Request for Information to assist in developing required specifications and in cost estimation.

  • Chair: Lieutenant Governor of Guam - The Honorable Joshua F. Tenorio

  • Vice-Chair: Designated by President of the Mayor’s Council of Guam- Mayor Robert Hofmann 

  • Executive Director of the Guam housing and Urban Renewal Authority, Liz Napoli

  • President of the Guam Housing Corporation, Edith Pangelinan  

  • Executive Manager of the Guam Regional Transit Authority, Richard Ybanez 

  • Community member appointed by the governor- Samantha Taitano- President, Guam Homeless Coalition 

  • Community member appointed by the governor, Dr. Margaret Hattori Uchima
