Hagåtña, Guam – The Office of the Governor of Guam, the Mayors’ Council of Guam, and the Guam Visitors Bureau in cooperation with Liberation Gold Sponsor, KUAM Communications, announces the 78th Guam Liberation Day “People’s Choice Award” float winners. Votes were made on KUAM’s Facebook platform from photos of all float entries provided by Guam TV Productions. Awards are presented in 4 categories:
