Fire Service Recognition Week
Governor Eddie Baza Calvo tomorrow will recognize Guam’s firefighters for their service and sacrifice to the community. A proclamation signing ceremony, along with an awards ceremony will be held tomorrow, March 12, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the Cabinet Conference Room at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex, Adelup.
Girl Scouts
Governor Calvo also will proclaim 2012 as the “Year of the Girl” in celebration of the 100th birthday of the Girl Scouts. This proclamation signing ceremony also will take place tomorrow, March 12, 2012, at 4 p.m. in the Cabinet Conference Room at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex, Adelup.
