Hagåtña, Guam – The Leon Guerrero-Tenorio Administration, in coordination with the Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) and the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), invites Guam families to this weekend’s Guam Childcare After School and Summer Camp Connect event.  The free event is scheduled for Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Micronesia Mall Center Court.   Enjoy booths and demonstrations from childcare providers, entertainment by the SKIP dance company, and the announcement of the 2023 Guam Childcare Art Contest finalists.  Featured booths include Lil Sprouts Guåhan Sustainable, Guam Junior Golf League, Thrive Media Group, Funplex Guam, Atos Jiu-Jitsu Guam, JA Guam, Itzy Bitzy Athesus Land, Dear Tree Learning Center and Art Studio, and more. 

“As families anticipate the end of the school year and prepare for summer activities, our administration continues to work with over 200 community partners to provide exciting opportunities for learning, growth, and development for our youth,” said Governor Lou Leon Guererro. “We invite the community to view the afterschool and summer camp directory at guamchildcare.com or join us this Saturday to celebrate our students, learn more, and connect with our fun and dynamic programs.”
