Lt. Governor Ray Tenorio proclaimed July 26 in honor of the 26th anniversary of the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The anniversary is a celebration of the diversity of people who live on Guam and who contribute to our community.

“Not only does each individual bring their unique set of talents and skills to the table, they also bring a different perspective that can promote new ideas to improve processes and procedures in their work place,” said Lt. Governor Ray Tenorio.
