The Department of Revenue & Taxation (DRT) would like to inform the public the Motor Vehicle Division consisting of the Driver’s License, Guam ID and the Vehicle Registration will be closed on Thursday, April 18, 2013 for customer service training. This training will give employees the knowledge and skills to improve customer service skills and increase customer satisfaction. All scheduled Road and Written tests for that day will be conducted by trained employees within the department. All the other branches of the department will be open for service. The Department apologizes for the inconvenience and assures the public that DMV will resume operations on Friday, April 19, 2013.
