FRAUD ALERT
Please be aware the Guam Governor’s Office reported to authorities an email that falsely purports to come from Guam Governor Eddie Baza Calvo. The email bears the name ‘Eddie Baza Calvo,’ but the address is eddieb.calvo@yahoo.com. That is NOT Governor Calvo’s email address. Governor Calvo uses one of two email addresses: eddiecalvo@yahoo.com, or governor@guam.gov.
Other email from the Governor’s Office on Guam are formatted as follows: firstname.lastname@guam.gov.
If you get an email from someone purporting to be Governor Calvo from an email address other than eddiecalvo@yahoo.com or governor@guam.gov, please immediately alert Guam Police Department Chief of Police Fred Bordallo at fred.bordallo@gpd.guam.gov, and to Chief Information Officer Ed Cruz at ed.cruz@bit.guam.gov.
