Hagåtña, Guam – The Office of the Governor and Lt. Governor of Guam, in partnership with the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and Imminent Unlimited, is pleased to announce a Halloween Trick-or-Treating event at Paseo de Susana grounds in Hagåtña on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will provide the community with a safe space for an enjoyable Halloween experience. Families can expect trick-or-treating, a costume contest, local food vendors, and an exciting Trunk or Treat coordinated by Imminent Unlimited.
“Bringing families together in safe, welcoming spaces has been a cornerstone of our administration’s mission. We’ve worked hard to build up these community areas where our people can connect and create lasting memories. Halloween is about more than just candy and costumes, it’s about making memories and spending quality time with family and friends. We’re proud to offer events that provide this opportunity and celebrate the importance of community,” said Governor Lou Leon Guerrero.
“We invite all families to come out to Hagåtña and enjoy a free, fun-filled Halloween celebration with us,” said Lt. Governor Tenorio. “We’re excited to partner with Imminent Unlimited, a group dedicated to uplifting our youth, to coordinate a special Trunk or Treat event that not only showcases their rides but also provides plenty of treats for our children and families. This is a great way to kick off the holiday season in an area where both locals and tourists can come together and enjoy the festivities. We hope to see you there.”
