The U.S. Department of Justice — Office of the Chief Financial Officer, in coordination with the Office of the Lt. This financial management training workshop is geared to providing technical support to individuals who are directly responsible for the financial administration and management of discretionary and formula grants as provided by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
Although seating is limited, Lt. Governor Tenorio encourages the participation of all recipients of DOJ grants to attend this training. “This Financial Management Training Workshop offered by the U.S. Department of Justice —Office of the Chief Financial Officer is a step to ensuring that individuals charged with the financial administration or programmatic implementation of DOJ grants, receive the quality training to better manage DOJ grant funds.  In times of financial austerity at both the federal and local level, our territory needs to constantly look at ways to properly manage our limited federal resources, while ensuring that we comply with all financial guidelines and regulations at all times.”
