Tonight, after the 6 p.m. news on KUAM Channel 8, Arthur Clark will continue his discussion with Jess Lujan on The Buzz.
Last week, Clark revealed a lot of information the federal receiver (on solid waste) has been less than forthcoming about with Guamanians. This is information that the cost of our monthly trash service could skyrocket to nearly $90 a month if the receiver keeps spending at the rate it is spending our money.
