Governor Eddie Baza Calvo signed Bill 73 into law this afternoon, which renames the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse to the Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center. He was joined by Sens. Dennis Rodriguez, Mike Limtiaco, Brant McCreadie, and Tommy Morrison, as well as Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center Administrator Rey Vega, and Deputy Administrator Peter Alexcis Ada.
