Governor Calvo this morning led the goundbreaking ceremony at the Gregorio D. Perez Marina in Hagatna. On-site improvements to the marina will prevent further deterioration of the existing facility and adjacent properties. At the same event the Governor also led the ribbon cutting ceremony that signified the completion of repairs for Docks A,B, and C, at the marina. These docks are used by individual and business boat owners.
