Governor Calvo, and former Senator and President of the Bank of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero, signed the documents for a loan for much-needed expansion at Okkodo High School.
Education Board Chairman Dr. Jose Cruz, Superintendent Jon Fernandez, and students, faculty and administration from Okkodo High School also joined the historic occasion. Joining them were Speaker Judi Won Pat, and Sens. Aline Yamashita, and Brant McCreadie. Speaker Won Pat authored the law that allowed this expansion to happen.
