Treasurer of Guam provides temporary phone service for customers to make credit card payments

Beginning tomorrow, the Department of Administration, Treasurer of Guam will temporarily be accepting credit card payments via phone for Gross Receipts Tax and Income Tax Withholding payments.
 

GRT and Income Tax Withholding Payments can be made through the dedicated phone line by calling:

If a customer call is not answered, DOA requests that customers leave their name and contact number in a voicemail message and their phone call will be returned.  Customers can also submit their name and contact number requesting return calls for phone payments via email to:
 

payment@guam.gov

 

Customers are asked to submit only their names and contact numbers when utilizing the voice messaging system or communicating via email.

Do not submit personal account or credit card information.

 

The temporary phone payment service is for GRT and Income Tax Withholding payments only.

 
DOA initiated the temporary phone service in anticipation of the influx of customers making GRT and payments by the January 20 deadline.
 
“We want to help alleviate long lines and help those customers unable to make their payments at DOA and also at the Department of Revenue & Taxation,” Director of Administration Benita Manglona said.  “Until we can restore our online payment services we will continue to find temporary solutions to better serve our customers.”
