The Department of the Interior compiled footage and interviews of territorial, DOI, and White House leaders engaged in the latest plenary session of the Interagency Group on Insular Areas (IGIA). The meeting took place in Washington, D.C. last week. Guam Governor Eddie Baza Calvo participated in the session.
