A lot of families started their Guamanian DreamMonday, when Governor Calvo signed the leases and deeds to several acres of property.
The leases, provided through the Chamorro Land Trust Commission, now allow 13 families to build their homes and 20 families to start their farms. Two properties were deeded back to the families of original landowners.
