On Monday, Troy Torres, Governor Calvo’s Director of Communications, invited Senator Respicio and media representatives to Adelup. He was giving Sen. Respicio the opportunity to present data and facts that substantiate claims he was spreading regarding the Governor’s record on tax refunds. Unfortunately, Sen.
