Senator Mike San Nicolas and Senator Frank Aguon are moving an amendment to cut an incredible $24 million from the Department of Education budget for the balance of the fiscal year.
This amendment is being proposed at a time when private school bussing is on the table for cuts and DOE has announced furloughs for limited-term employees.
