Family is at the heart of our culture. This entire week different organizations have held events to recognize efforts aimed at helping families cope with issues that have the power to hurt the ones we love. We’ve seen an entire community come together to combat issues such as sexual assault, family violence, drug addiction,  breast cancer,  and bullying.
Tomorrow evening, everyone is invited to honor the memories of those Guamanians who lost their lives at the hands of those they loved. The Silent Witness Ceremony will be held at the Judiciary of Guam at 4 p.m.
Tonight, Governor Calvo invites our community to join together and pray for these victims–the silent witnesses of our island.
