We’re sharing the below press release from the Department of Public Health and Social Services for wider distribution. 

The Department of Public Health and Social Services would like to announce that applications for the Medical Cannabis Home Cultivation Permit and associated forms will be available starting October 16, 2018.  The forms can be downloaded from the department’s website http://www.dphss.guam.gov/ or picked up at Central Public Health Room 225 in Mangilao, from 8:00-12:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.  For more information, you can contact Ms. Frances Santos at 735-7297 or via email at frances.santos@dphss.guam.gov.
