Safety Message from GHS/OCD; Practice Caution in the Rainy Conditions

Cimaron has been upgraded to a typhoon. As the winds and associated monsoon flow around Typhoon Cimaron continue to produce rain in the Marianas, the Guam Homeland Security Advisor, George Charfauros shares the following safety message, https://youtu.be/5HAaSd7g75s.

The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS/OCD), out of an abundance of caution, advise the community to stay out of the waters until the hazardous conditions subside. If driving, be alert for poor visibility and water covering the road. Avoid driving through flooded areas. Seek shelter if lightning is seen or thunder is heard.
