Franklin Leon Guerrero Appointed to Guam Parole Board
Hagåtna, Guam – Governor Lou Leon Guerrero has appointed Franklin Leon Guerrero to
the Guam Parole Board. Mr. Leon Guerrero will replace MiChelle Hope Taitano.
“Frank is an outstanding member of our community known for his involvement in
several organizations,” said Governor Leon Guerrero. “But he’s also a fierce advocate
for a just and fair government. Frank will make an exceptional addition to the Guam
Parole Board.”
Mr. Leon Guerrero is a Veteran and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis,
Maryland. He also earned a Master’s Degree from the Air Command and Staff College.
Mr. Leon Guerrero previously served on the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and chaired
the Special Olympics Guam for numerous years.
