Today, Senators recognized Guam’s growth and the need to support infrastructure that ensures the safety of our people. A majority of the senators during today’s session supported Bill 122 introduced by Sen. Tommy Morrison. Those who voted, in addition to Sen. Morrison, were: Sen. William Castro, Sen. James Espaldon, Sen. Fernando Esteves, Sen. Louise Muna, Sen. Dennis Rodriguez, Sen. Joe San Agustin and Vice-Speaker Therese Terlaje.

“As we can see from the work done at Hamburger Road and Macheche Avenue, and more recently the work at Umatac, the administration is doing whatever it can. With Bill 122, we will be able to do more to fix the secondary and tertiary roads of our island. Thank you senators, you did the right thing. This bill saves lives and that’s worth the cost.”
