GUNG TAG Promoted to Colonel by Governor
Hagåtña, Guam – Colonel Esther J.C. Aguigui, The Adjutant General of the Guam National
Guard, was pinned to her current rank by the Honorable Lou Leon Guerrero, Governor of Guam
and Commander-In-Chief of the Guam National Guard, during a small ceremony today at the
Governor’s Office in Hagåtña.
“Colonel Aguigui is a proven leader, and I am very proud to have had the honor of pinning
her to her current rank,” said Governor Leon Guerrero. “We are confident in her abilities to
lead the Guam National Guard.”
