Hagåtñta, Guam – The Leon Guerrero-Tenorio administration today released the attached staffing
patterns for cabinet members as well as personnel under the Office of the Governor. The
administration was guided by the Competitive Wage Act when setting salaries, as well as the
individual’s talents, abilities, experience, and academic credentials.
