NEWS: $4M in tax refund checks to be mailed tomorrow
Hagåtña — A little more than $4 million in tax refund checks were printed Friday and will be in the mail by tomorrow.
The Department of Revenue and Taxation along with the Department of Administration continue their work to get refunds out to Guamanians.
“This is now the eighth year our administration has paid out tax refunds within months of filing, and we will continue to accomplish this responsibility to our people,” said Governor Eddie Baza Calvo.
“1,308 families are going to see a check in the mail to take care of their needs. Our Administration works hard to ensure that our people always remain our top priority,” said Lt. Governor Ray Tenorio.
This batch of 1,308 checks is for “A” status tax returns that were filed up to Feb. 8.
