For 23 years, Ms. Perez has surveyed GMH patients. She’s heard their complaints – from the need for a continued funding source to more medical professionals. At today’s public hearing, Ms. Perez was an advocate for every individual who has walked through Guam’s only public hospital’s doors.
“I am here to plead with you Senators to identify a dedicated funding source for GMH,” Ms. Perez said. “Our patients deserve no less. Please help us.”
