While senators continue to discuss the Governor’s bill to address federal tax cuts and fully fund the Guam Memorial Hospital every year moving forward, Senator Rodriguez has remained silent.

Today, as the Committee of the Whole resumes to address GMH’s funding woes and deep consequences to federal tax cuts, the Senator remains silent.

The only thing the senator has focused his energy on in recent weeks has been investigating GMH employees, which include healthcare professionals like Doctors and Nurses. Why?
