Barrigada, GU – The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (DRT) releases its twelfth set of guidance for its DRT
COVID-19 Services Series to update previously issued volumes in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order
No. 2021-08 Relative to Further Amending Restriction Pandemic Condition of Readiness (PCOR) 3.
In line with EO 2021-08, DRT will continue its LIMITED walk-in services for a limited number of walk-ins for
certain branches at the Barrigada Main Office. Existing appointments will continue to be serviced as scheduled.
Limited Walk-In and Appointment Schedule are as follows until further notice:
DRT BARRIGADA
1. Guam Driver’s License (GDL) Services (8am – 5pm):
A. Monday – through Fridays LIMITED Walk-in Service*
B. Appointments continue as scheduled
2. Passport Services (8am – 2pm):
A. Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays: LIMITED Walk-in Service*
B. Thursdays & Fridays – APPOINTMENTS Only
C. CLOSED April 30, 2021 for in-service training
3. Income Tax:
A. 1040 Filing Drive Through Service: 8am – 12pm
B. Tax Preparation Service (8am – 12pm)
DPW COMPOUND, BUILDING B
1. Vehicle Registration (VR) Services (8am – 5pm):
A. Monday – through Fridays LIMITED Walk-in Service*
B. NO NEW APPOINTMENTS will be taken at this time
*Manamko (Senior Citizens) / Individuals with disabilities / Veterans 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Customers can expect delays and are encouraged to bring their umbrellas, snacks, and other necessary items needed.
To be processed in a timely manner, ensure applications and required documents are filled out and complete.
As part of DRT COVID-19 compliance procedures, all individuals will be required to sign-in at their designated check-
in station and must provide the following information as required by Department of Public Health and Social Services’
(DPHSS) guidance: a) Date and time of the visit; b) Name of the individual(s); c) Assigned staff and/or table or
workstation; and d) Phone and/or e-mail.
Our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the public by taking proactive steps outlined
by DPHSS and the CDC Guidelines and Protocols to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus while working to
provide our services as expeditiously possible. To the extent available, DRT highly encourages that all payments
and forms be made and filed online otherwise certain forms and non-cash payments are accepted by mail and drop
box.
