Governor Calvo posted the following note on his Facebook page, where he posted  a one-minute video that encapsulates a lot of the feeling the administration has about taking the Untalan and Tiyan school projects from start to finish:
“We made this video as a run up to the opening of the newly-modernized Untalan Middle and the new Tiyan High School because we put a lot into these projects from day one. Tomorrow, Wednesday, we’ll cut the ribbon on Untalan Middle at 9 a.m. The next day, we officially open Guam’s newest campus: Tiyan High School. It took a whole lot of effort from many people to be at this point. The fact that we made the right decisions by students and that they’ll have better learning environments is the greatest reward in all this.”
