The Guam Interagency Council on Homelessness (GICH) brings together government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community stakeholders to combat homelessness in our island community. By fostering collaboration and coordinating resources, GICH aims to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to prevent, alleviate, and ultimately end homelessness in Guam.
