The Department of Revenue & Taxation (DRT) would like to inform the public that the 2012 Real Property Tax Statements have been mailed out since the second week of January. Installment payments are still due on February 20 and April 20, 2013 respectively. If you have not received your statement, you may visit our Real Property Tax Division office to request for a copy at no charge. DRT would also like to inform the public that the tax statements for 2012 are printed on regular paper and that the old carbon copy forms are no longer in use. The 2012 statements also require that the 1st and 2nd installments be manually cut and submitted along with payment at any Treasurer of Guam office. This new change is part of the new Real Property Tax computer system upgrades. For any inquiries or concerns, please call our Real Property Tax Division at 635-1768/1897/1763.
