The Department of Revenue and Taxation (DRT) is currently in the transition phase of a new Real Property tax computer system. As such, in anticipation of issues that may arise, as with any new system being implemented, DRT would like to inform the public that the Real Property Tax payment deadline will be extended for the first installment due on February 20, 2013 to Monday, March 4, 2013 for tax year 2012.
If you haven’t received your Real Property Tax statement, you have two options to obtain your statement, free of charge. You can request for a copy of the statement at our Real Property Tax Division at the Department or you can submit your request by emailing Katrina Hodges at khodges@revtax.gov.gu or Benedict Atoigue at batoigue@revtax.gov.gu.
